Traditional Ratatouille Recipe

  4. We like our Ratatouille to be tender but still chunky, although others like theirs to cook longer. Add the basil leaves and taste to adjust the amount of salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish it with freshly chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil, and optional red chilli flakes. Serve it with mozzarella or parmesan cheese, grated.
